The claim is against the directors insurance, auditors insurance, i would also like to see if we have a claim against ANZ as well since they knew FGE directors where misleading the market as they where in continues negotiations with them, and sat back over the last 3-4 announcements made by FGE and did not react or disclose to the market.
They may have warned the directors and thats why they pulled the pin.

But will wait and see what IMF comes up with. Im all lodged out with the documents to IMF.
