Is there any remote argument that the previous change of name from 'Peak Oil and Gas' to "Raisama" could have any legal bearing to the point that the various contacts, such as SC6B Bonita, are not valid?
It would seem highly unlikely, but anything is possible.
I guess the pending change back to the old name, has more to do with poor performance and wanting a fresh start. Maybe to also demonstrate that Raisama is the same company as old "Peak Oil and Gas"

I wonder if at the General Meeting the directors will show as the most letters transferred on the dispute with Blade. They should do.
