A big factor in OZL's final decision to mine NB is that WM proves to be a mining province. In that regard, the positive financials in the PFS for NB alone, while important, may not lead to a final decision to mine. This announcement is telling the market that it's almost certainly a goer in my view. Can't wait to read @salpetie 's interpretation.
