    At a market cap of 174 mil, And going down, we are in the realms of pitty take over.. and management have to know this by now. Bms or Merck could come and offer us chump change right now and lots of holders would take it imho.

    What proportion do the board hold?? Anyone know? Could someone attempt a hostile take over?
