    It's good news for utilisation.

    Reading between the lines I'm pretty concerned the rates are low and it's possible the operations are cash flow neutral at best.

    None the less good news for ultisation and keeps the machines and crew working and perhaps would be the early signs of a path to recovery (or atleast recovery enough for debt support and or further support for capital requirements).
