Point taken. My reference to GN8 was to set out all of the requirements. Accept that counterparty was main issue missing. However I wouldn't place any credence in it anyway. 'Potential for 110 units' Impossible to evaluate that without knowing the commodity being transported. MCE has a history of being long on promise, short on delivery.
