Did you read the announcement? Short of naming the company, all of those were very clearly mentioned - $2.4m contract, completed by H2 CY19, product is "develop and manufacture four prototype composite bulk transport systems", significance is very clearly laid out (potential to develop 110 units post commercialization of initial 4 prototype units, 20-year licence to market product to other customers).
