    I have no personal evidence of that, gillysrooms, but I understand some shareholders do.

    It's natural for anyone to dislike negative comment. The court case, and its public reporting, that led to such a disadvantage settlement was proof, and reason, to me why many large companies prefer to be private. AGS is an anomoly; a publically listed company that is essentially privately controlled. ... No surprise to me if we go the way of ORS. .. Could be completely wrong of course. ..
