Dont you mean 15-20% falls through to litigation income of IMF? I can go back and check my model if you disagree but I thought your model was working off the same assumptions as mine which is 15% of the $100m through to revenue (litigation income) which means $15m revenue and at 2x multiple means spending $7.5m to earn the $15m.
The reality though is that there is more margin in the larger cases as it costs the same to litigate whether the claim was $50m or $100m so I do think this is a good case.
PS: I dont know how much you follow the competitors but did you see the 5th of April settlement for LCA - 5.1x capital in 13.5 months. Not a bad result.
