Last year I had to choose between west wits and empire resources for my investment. At the time empire resources looked like a rock star stock and west wits like a teen pop artist . Well, 6 months later and west wits has progressed well, starting to receive cash flow and empire is still stuck at square one. Not looking good at empire at all. For us CASH flow is coming, patience wil be rewarded here.
