Perhaps. Or maybe somebody just wanted out? Wouldn't call myself a big fish but I hold as many shares as are on the buy side at the moment and could take out the lot. Alternatively, somebody wanting to invest could easily drive the price up to 3.1c with one modest transaction...
Hopefully with a bit more news this stock gets traded a bit more....
