As the new facility is a 3 year one, with DLS cash on hand of $160 + $100 giving them a huge amount of head room to make deals. Or... simply plough some of the capital back into the Cooper Basin.

I may be wrong but I assume this facility will be used to refinance the CN, so the funds available are more likely to be 100-150m
