As a scientist, its seems absurd to put yourself out there and publish such high profile findings that will be subject to enormous scrutiny knowing they are sure to be shortly unravelled if they were anything other than legitimate. What does Professor Carrick have to gain? The study design and approaches have been approved by the relevant bodies within FDA. These studies into neurofeedback have been in the making for years. They are working closely with a very reputable organisation Autism Anchor http://www.autismanchor.org/ who's members are feeding the study - the conspiracy theories being circulated here seems beyond belief. Could we not just sit back and reflect that perhaps a major step forward is being made in the treatment of this condition that has the potential to impact favourably many peoples lives. And that we as shareholders and a lucky participant?
