Each of the tests mentioned in the results has a range of values. Children who produce a scores in the normal range across the battery of tests would be diagnosed as not being on the autism spectrum. Children who produce scores in the autism range would be diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum.
It's not hard to find the tests and the ranges on the Internet with a bit of searching.
