    Trade-able 60m but free float will be around 40m. Believe not all of Top 20 would be selling with such progress. Also, few millions would have bought up by new MT-LT investors after the announcement. As we progress towards further test, report, sales distribution & FDA approval; believe the register will keep getting tighter by early 2018.
