I'll keep it simple for you. It would appear Carrick has blown the blinding of the study, effectively invalidating it. This is my opinion only based on what the company has shared.
He did this when he said “The study is ongoing but half of the children in our study have completed it & we have observed major positive changes in the children in the active arm of the study & no statistical changes in the control group of children that did not receive the active treatment.”
You think that's ok. That's fine. Maybe you're right. But what is abundantly clear is that to continue to call the study a randomized double blind controlled study is now invalid because he is sharing results prior to all the children completing the study. I have no doubt he will have a lot to say about it.
