There will always be sellers, many sellers  selling now may have purchased under 3 cents, making a nice profit for themselves, this is what makes a market, buyers and sellers with each having their own methods and theory's.
All I know is you can never pick the bottom nor the top of the shares price...I buy my way in until Im set with what I need then sell my way out hopefully as share price improves, I tend not to look back and try to learn when  I make a mistake.
