    i have not kept up ....... question for watchers


    was there any statements of any sort made by outgoing dir's about any sort of selling constraints on shares that they hold?




    writing the following here for me as a place holder ......

    ( in have zero )

    (held nearly 2.5M)

    ( at xmas $0.5M spent on buybacks at average of 0.88 - nta is $1-10 - sp is in 1 mth down trend))
