So true Tim. It's just not right for there to be such a big discount. Activism required.
Its just not right for an asset to be selling for such a discount to its real value. The only acceptable solution is to bring the asset price to (or close to) fair value.
Not that hard really.
The only reason no reasonable action would be taken is for a few making selfish actions without considering the many owners of this company.
Gives me the shlts really.
