Hostile, and appropriately named too....... I would have loved to go to the AGM but I live in country NSW and can’t get to attend.  I have suggested a number of options previously which include Geoff Wilson intervening (read intervening anyway you like), but I think that  JB is either so convinced of his brilliance or so ignorant of his failings (or crazy like a fox in being able to legally dip his hand into the fund each year for fees), that there is little chance of ALF being wound up. He is a very slow non learner, not having realised over the last 3 excellent equity years, that his brilliant plan isn’t working and that the only thing the fund is generating are broking fees, and managers commission.  Certainly NIL for the shareholders.

it will be interesting Hostile, to see how JB “explains” his and the funds lack of performance.  Or even if he can,  or even tries !!!!!!!!
