    I must say it's looking extremely cheap.

    However... does management have any plan whatsoever to close the gap to NTA?

    The fundamental rule of LICs is that the dividend is key. If they realised something and paid a dividend it would definitely help close the gap to NTA rapidly. However they seem to have been promising a sale and realisation for many years now...
