I have spoken with Geoff a few times over the years. And we had a conversation about this subject at a lunch a few years ago. He certainly did more than just lend his name to it. I am fairly sure it was in his stable to start with and Justin may have originally been employed by Geoff (details are a little hazy). And by "give" it away, I was alluding to the management rights being sold cheaply so someone could start up their own company.
