Well, pretty impressive result given the crash in small caps, less resources exposure now with 9pc only, luckily! Hope they can hold their payout ratio and dividend. Guess they are not at such a discount to NTA now, which might be a healthy sign, but less of a bargain. If they can grwo NTA back up to $1.20, then this will be a good buy in price.
Thoughts? Anyone else keen close to $1.00?
