As an addendum to my last; why is our money being spent on a customer services manager? What possible purpose does this cost to shareholders serve in terms of reducing the NTA gap or increasing shareholder value.
If the role is to field shareholder complaints there is a cheaper and more direct way of solving that problem - make dividends a realistic means of reducing the NTA gap.
Perhaps he/she may be employed to increase funds under management through flogging the product. That would help the existing shareholders! Wouldn't it?
