I do not disagree with you, I think directors perhaps have done all they could negotiating a better deal.
In regards to lack of recommendation from one of the directors I find it hard to see the logic where actions and recommendation do not go hand in hand. I fully understand they are all bitterly disappointed as are many of the smaller shareholders.
Anyway, it is a rather unimportant point, I was just reflecting on what looks like a contradiction to me.
