(i) holding is not relevant to understanding. However, if u look at past posts I have held. And subsequently sold. Of greater importance is I understand (in this case at least).
(ii) a company exercising its right to purchase on market is manipulation how? Or is it only manipulation if u were hoping to buy at a lower price? Or if you don't understand the law?
