While the instos get a good deal out of this CR, It was executed at a pretty good price and in the medium I expect all shareholders will benefit through the accelerated expansion. My personal experience is that small shareholders can beat the big guys by thinking long term and being patient. Ceratainly has worked for me with NEA.

An aside if ASIC find any insider trading related to this CR some merchant banker or his mates could easily see the inside of a jail.
