Couldn't agree more with you madamswear! And thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge with us.
I am new to NEA. Have been a shareholder since Tuesday when a Surveyor acquaintance advised us to buy into this company. Paid $1.68 if you're interested....and boy has it been an interesting 4 days of ownership...
For some time now I have reached the conclusion that CR's are a nice, cosy little deal going on between a company's board and investment bankers and a SELECT FEW SHAREHOLDERS WHO BENEFIT AT THE EXPENSE OF SMALLER "MUM AND DAD" SHAREHOLDERS.
What happened to the good old day s of a rights issue, or a SPP?
Madamswear, your comments validate my long held gut feel that our sharemarket is not a level playing field.
Anyhow enough of my vitriol. Our new parcel of NEA shares were purchased in a superfund and my partner and I feel the sharemarket is now tainted, and we plan on selling up and buying real estate.
Good luck to you all. You need plenty of it as us small shareholders are being robbed!
