Im a small shareholder and like the majority of long term holders wont part with any shares any time soon. Small shareholders were not hard done by, only 11% discount. There has to be new shares issued to help meet the sudden demand for to index funds. Give em a taste get them hooked and they will be paying allot more in the future. What better way for a fundie to show a bit of green on his books. Boss says buy more buy more.
