Hey brother I am just engaging in the conversation as a fellow NEA shareholder so no need to be so pointed. If the company has excellent growth then of course that value is accrued by all shareholders, not just those involved in the CR or SPP. Besides, if you wanted a bigger slice of the NEA pie, why didn't you just buy more? What has changed? The 1.60 and nearabouts price was available not that long ago.
As for the APT example, I think it's a relevant example of what happens with SPP's. I think someone else has mentioned a similar dynamic in a post above.
