I do feel your position, however the flipside of this is that the managers of the company are trying to do what's best for the company which is inevitably what's best for the shareholders. SPP's can be an extracted process. If you look at the APT SPP, the price has dropped below that offered to the instos so shareholders have had the opportunity to buy in without bothering with the SPP. I feel we'll have the same here. I may well be wrong though!!
