NZ is a very good incremental move IMO.
I (and others) have previously posted about Canada being another good incremental move.
Thinking now just a little further out, what country comes to mind as having good aerial photography conditions (better than "Aotearoa" - the "land of the long white cloud"), first world economy, dense population concentration, big market, and a need to monitor infrastructure and assets??

I will give you a hint - it is sorta like NZ upside down .
