Go to MMG website they trade on HK exchange and look for the release on the sale to Century (in 2016 or 2017 somewhere) it has a 6 page announcement of all the details of the sale which was mainly a $1 sale of the tenements plus a couple of hundred million $ guarantee from MMJ towards the rehab liability until somewhere near 2021 or 2022 when Century would become fully liable for that liability plus every year before that date NCZ has to pay 40% of Either gross or net revenue towards it.
