if you mean cashflow positive quarterly earnings, then I agree, be a good chance. if you mean currently cashflow positive, my model has 45% making cash today and even more so at +50%.
Big win on the WC facility, yes it's a higher rate than a senior note or loan, but compared to the cost of equity, it's cheap, tax effective and is able to quickly fund growth. The duration and risk profile is aligned to the cash flows...good move by management team.
