Yeah, its a good thing, but the key, and as yet unaddressed issue here is; "At what cost"?
We all know the project will receive all the necessary signatures and approvals, sooner or later, but show me the money! (Bottom line!)
Also, the timing seems a little ambitious to get the KLC sign off and authorisation for TONC - but who knows.
Cannot see any sustained increase in SP based on this announcement, but it is a good thing.
