Market's been in too much of a volatile mess and punters aren't playing. Remembering that AT LEAST 60% of the IC would seriously not be "on the market", certainly for the long foreseeable future. I reckon that the punters are also putting too much emphasis on that 3.5 billion IC. There are only 600 shareholders (LT holders) with a marketable parcel over ($500) and the other 3,959 shareholders, most of whom would probably only have less than a 4 figures holding, would have virtually no impact on the market even if they bothered to sell with most of the proceeds going on brokerage.
As for Bizzell "trying to square off $22 million" Dugsab, surely that would only be on paper and he'd need the SP to be over 2.1 cents to reach that. He won't be "waiting" for that to happen, he's most likely wanting to "do" something to make that happen!! Who could possibly be a in a better position than him to do so?
With what we DO know now, the ML (a formality) commissioning of the Maroon plant, commencement of work and the wet season are the only things keeping the real punters out and all of those "obstacles" are comparatively low risk and doable.
