60% is incredible but I guess it's a consequence of competing with the miners . . .wait, they are partly in the mining sector. That would be worse because all of their employees would be expecting to be paid on the same basis as those in mining.
So it is the margins as I suspected. If however the quality of their product is, as we are led to believe, above standard, they should be getting a bit aggressive on their pricing. It's no good building stuff just to keep people employed. And they need to be putting a squeeze on the rest of their costs.
