As an investor in her "Silicon Technologies Australia" can't say I agree with that. You might want to do some background reading as to how that panned out. The investors were not the ones enriched out of that exercise, over an extended period of time with them ultimately paying for the directors to take away the IP (which they took into Dyesol), yet wear the debts.

Some investors may be willing to support management through thick and thin when they see management have the conviction. However, the way that played out with the IP that investors paid for taken away from the company and debts left behind left a very sour taste in many investor's mouths.
