You might want to do some background reading as to how
that panned out.

The investors were not the ones enriched out of that
exercise, over an extended period of time with them
ultimately paying for the directors to take away the IP
(which they took into Dyesol), yet wear the debts.
Well what a lot of dills you guys were if this was true.
The Tullochs actually owned the patents and they are
not of any use to Dyesol as they use third generation Solar
Cells (DSC)
