Ian, I think the Napoleonville agreement is a good deal for both companies. Re our management they have put the company in very good position even with a low OP, that is confirmed in the last update. Our admin costs are low and when we add the 2 other gas wells to the net cash numbers in the update it supports my view that MF and his team are more than holding their own when compared to any other O&G junior.

Update also confirmed the settlement of outstanding D&L #1 lawsuits, this settlement is consistent with announcements made over the past few years and should allay fears expressed by many here over that time.

Savings from the D&L2 SWD well appear higher than I had thought, those monthly savings are as much as the net monthly contribution from either Abita or WK and lower costs add to cash just the same as higher production.

I don't expect any ann's before the quarterly, mgt has good support from shareholders so atm quarterly should suffice and reinforce the fundamental imo. For anyone wanting to do any SR the Production numbers have been updated for October on all wells,
