Your claims that they could pull the wool over the markets eyes are a little strange... Sophs get an offer and take it up or don't. Not sure why you think they would have had any say in it or its timing?
Funny that you bought in around that 2c mark. So really your opinion was that you were right and you stand by that. I guess the market disagreed.
And just for any new investors, the $30k uptake was so low because the share price was shoved down below the offer before the forms were due in. Thus no-one bothered. Looked very intentional at the time, but DYOR.
Secondly, again not mentioned by the negative posters as usual, the second part of the raise was oversubscribed by Soph investors, but limited to $300k by our yearly raising limits.
