The irony here is if he just held off pulling the trigger and asked for support at 2c (prev raise price) when lots of trade had gone through over 2c he most likely would have been well supported- had he also informed market he was taking his full allocation at the same time- but market punished severely and rightly so...

Also very glad market punished the smarty pants sophisticated investor who thought they could pull wool over the markets eyes getting such a discount at the time

And to rub salt in the wound the whole registry put in some $30k only, worst participation I have ever seen by far, knowing the outcome ..he didn't even support it himself ...and continues to not add shares
