great update - as per usual all the background work is being attended to efficiently and each box being ticked.

work commencing on ground works so there must be high confidence that local ownership/listing rules will be complied with. as per usual given that this is a competitive landscape MNS is involved in (in more ways than one) IMO news will only be released as boxes are ticked off - that way it leaves competitors off balance.

also regarding finance - yes that's obviously the biggie and IMO (given the delays being experienced by a competitor due to banking requirements) given the finalisation of the resettlement and compensation claims AND given the huge positive statements by the Tanzanians on the professional way MNS are progressing I can't see why finance won't be achieved.

and like WOW MNS are going  above and beyond with the Nachu Village - what a bonus to the Tanz people - no wonder the positive response MNS are receiving.

and lets face it - previously ANN's made regarding our processing methods have resulted in others bringing in their own methods as they see how advanced MNS are - so for me big tick to management at the way they are going about their business and notwithstanding I would like to see more regular ANN's about progress of NY plant retooling etc I can appreciate the commercial in confidence situation here and the timing of ANN's (but a small update on NY plant would be good)
