it seems the overall market is asleep at the moment after 30 June selling.

I agree yesterday's announcement would ordinarily have put more of a rocket under the share price.

I'm a follower of PDI as well (Bukina Faso) which also made a significant announcement yesterday, yet the stock fell (admittedly on very little volume).

I wonder whether many investors are too concerned about the political environment in Bukina? This seems to me to be the only reason why these companies are not trading far higher than they are today.
