The AGM for the plaintiff serving the writ on Rox, is this Wednesday so more news out soon we hope.
This maybe overshadowed somewhat by the bigger legal claims they are making to others regarding claims on lithium tenements. They really are not making too many friends....
Shame really as shareholders in all three companies are left to ransom wondering what is going on by their actions with news up to now so limited..... GLTAHs
