posters are possibly a little bit ambivalent here because either way Rox should get ~$20m from either MZN or Teck.
Sure there may be a delay, but with the Ni price going up, the aquistion of the new tenements for peanuts and also the $20m is not factored in to Rox's MC, there looks to be a reasonable amount of upside.
Just hope the delay doesn't affect any drilling but there is still some $ in the bank at the moment. but anything legal generally drags on..
