    Disappointing result for both banking and wealth management:

    Apart from credit performance, all key metrics have declined. 
    Dividend payout ratio increased to 90% to maintain the interim dividend.
    Decline in net interest margin is worrying.
    Interesting commentary on the impact of RC on the Group and the role Mortgage Brokers play.
