None I'm aware of.
Likely the price was too high... divvy chasers were on it.
I'm not bagging out the company but it's a Tassie based bank and IMO the price had well (and still is) overdone to the high side.
As regional bank (primarily) is really expect a much lower PE. I'd be looking to accumulate in low 4s and I'd expect it will get there. Sub 4 is not out of the question (and it's great buying at that price).
