1. There is no conspiracy to down ramp this share; if you can find one thing management said they will do and actuall did, I will personally buy shares in MYQ

2. IMO this CR is just a way to get the share price up. Why would a liquid fund need 5 installments? Why would that fund need a month to settle? And more importantly why would they pay double the market price? You need to ask all these questions, as they are all legitimat questions.

3. You can read my old posts about the tech but let me give you the tl;dr version - its not working and they removed it from the app store cause people called them on it.

4. When I said it was a short, I never said I shorted it; you cant short micro caps, no one will lend you shares. I was commenting on the quality of the company

5. Dr Iscoe services for the company since they listed basically lost the company money every year; the only thing she does is post positive vibes on instagram and run body postive workshops. This is completely different to what the company is doing and IMO just a way to sponsor her life style.

6. SP is alredy back down to where it was pre "funding secured" announcement

I don't care about his personal life but just trying to add things up...
