As much as Holly downramps this stock, she does have some good points. Those reasons are why we are not at 60c already. Come that first payment this will go to 60c in the day. Confidence will grow and we should be up around the 70c mark a week later. AIMO, i don't want to think where we'll be if the payment is late. 
I find it hard to believe the chairman would put up 1/2 a mill if he didn't think he'd get his money back.
